Smallholders provide over 80 percent of the food consumed across the developing world. New data technologies can improve the efficiency of farming and of markets for farmers, but also raise ethical and legal questions related to imbalances of power, privacy, accuracy and accessibility. Τhe expert panel will discuss the challenges and how those might be resolved.
