[CODATA-international] Data Governance Workshop at Academy of Management Meeting

I actually emailed info at casrai.org about this yesterday and the email came
back saying:

The response was:
DNS Error: 40078525 DNS type 'mx' lookup of casrai.org responded with code
SERVFAIL

I'm part of the FORCE11 attribution working group who have just published a
paper <https://doi.org/10.1080/08989621.2020.1779591> heavily promoting the
CASRAI CRediT taxonomy so it's a bit embarrassing it takes readers to a
dead website.
