it is important to have support structures and frameworks in universities and scientific organisations so</span><span style="font-style:normal; font-variant-caps:normal; color:rgb(0,0,0); font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"> that more</span><span style="font-style:normal; font-variant-caps:normal; color:rgb(0,0,0); font-size:11pt; font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif"> colleagues
who are suffering racial discrimination and injustices can get courage to share their racism experiences. </span><span style="font-style:normal; font-variant-caps:normal; color:rgb(0,0,0); font-family:Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size:11pt">so lessons
