we are profoundly dismayed by such acts, particularly at a time when the overriding concern of humanity, of its states and of its scientists must be to collaborate in addressing the global, existential challenges that we all face. To our Ukrainian colleagues
we offer our solidarity and willingness to support them in overcoming and recovering from this tragedy. To our Russian colleagues we express our deep dismay at the acts of their government</span><span class="" style="font-size: 9pt; position: relative; top: 0pt;"> and
are encouraged to see that many of them also speak out against this war.”</span></div>
