Dear Colleagues,

The Registry of Research Data Repositories - re3data [1] provides
detailed descriptions of more than 2600 repositories. These
descriptions can be accessed via the re3data API [2].

As part of the re3data COREF project [3], two Jupyter notebooks
have been set up to provide examples of how to use the re3data
API. The examples are implemented in R [4]. Jupyter Notebooks [5]
are web-based interactive work environments that combine
executable code and Markdown text. The provided notebooks outline
the use case and each step in the process of data collection,
processing, and visualization. They have been designed to be
adaptable to other use cases as well.

Currently, the following two use cases are available:

1. Identify research data repositories for the medical research
community and enrich the list with additional information.

2. Analyze the certification of repositories by type
(disciplinary / institutional / other).

covered, please feel free to contact me and the re3data COREF
