<p class="MsoNormal">I have <b>invented the GIS back in 1968</b> – and later have created the term and field of knowledge
<b>Geocartography</b> = <b>Free-Space Variable-Resolution Analysis</b>, <b>which is a highly Location Intelligence</b> variably applied.<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">I am in Israel an Emeritus Professor of Tel-Aviv University, and President (owner) and Scientific Director of a private research & strategy marketing company – leading the Israeli market, but working<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">Worldwide – to a great extent applying Feasibility & Market Potential Analysis. I am also Representative of ESOMAR to Israel.<o:p></o:p></p>

<b>Oceania/Australia, Asia (including Southeast Asia and South Asia), Africa, Middle East and/or South America.

Please feel free to nominate yourself or a colleague from one of the above regions. We will follow up with all nominees to ensure they are willing and able to stand for election.

This nomination form will close on January 15, 2021. We will hold elections in February 2021 so that we can have new co-chairs to introduce to the community at Plenary 17. <br>

Co-chairs may attend plenary sessions in person or virtually (if available) and should participate in co-chair meetings to plan and deliver plenary sessions. Co-chairs may also lead IG projects outside of plenary sessions, if of interest.
