I agree with Falk. It is fraught if not outright misguided for non-Indigenous people to lead on efforts like this. If I were you, I would start with the CARE Principles (<a href="https://www.gida-global.org" class="">https://www.gida-global.org</a>) and then
make an effort to get some Indigenous people involved before you go too far.
