<div dir="ltr">Dear Colleagues,<div><br></div><div>thanks, re. precision-farming, and global food supply/nutrition,</div><div>weather data matters indeed, but so does fisheries.</div><div>It's often a fertilizer-input for farming, and a raw food commodity, </div><div>very vast and feeding many 'poor' and super rich people.</div><div>Many of the farming situations are not possible without fisheries whtsoever.</div><div><br></div><div>In case somebody has some citations on open access data, fisheries and food,</div><div>I would welcome those.</div><div>High-precision fisheries is a thing, e.g. tuna catching, EEZ areas, GPS tracking, locating last fish grounds.</div><div>I just see ~no open access data shared there.</div><div><br></div><div>In the meantime.</div><div>I also wonder whether somebody can point to me towards some cases where open access data</div><div>actually changed anything for the better/sustainability, and where they were used with </div><div>WHO, WTO, The World Bank and others in their strategic planning and policy ?</div><div><br></div><div>In my view ,</div><div>already the U.N. its impact on the global society. It is essential
that we advance the dialogue on developing ethical
principles and solutions as a means to help address
