This means addressing a range of fundamental and urgent issues around the ‘Data Revolution’ and the recent data-driven transformation of research and the responses to these issues in the conduct of research.</span></div><div><span style="font-family: GillSans;"><br></span></div><div><font face="GillSans">SciDataCon is part of International Data Week which also includes the 8th RDA Plenary and an International Data Forum. These complementary components mean that you can participate in a research conference and RDA working sessions in the same week! This will be a landmark event for the data community and for all professions with a stake in the role of data in research: whether from the perspective of researchers, data scientists, data managers, research policy experts etc.</font></div><div><font face="GillSans"><br></font></div><div><font face="GillSans">These extensions have been made in response to specific requests, not least to allow people the opportunity of discussing session proposals at a number of forthcoming conferences.</font></div><div><div><div apple-content-edited="true">
