Dear colleagues

NASA has declared 2023 the Year of Open Science to celebrate the benefits and successes of open science, and inspire more scientists to join the movement. Ultimately, the success of the Year of Open Science will be driven by collaborations with individuals, teams, and organizations who are ready to transform the culture of scientific research into one that celebrates openness and inclusion.

The recordings of the webinar on "GeoForAll contributions to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals” as part of the World Commons Week 2020 is available at

Thanks to GeoForAll lab at University of Colorado Denver, USA for hosting the Geo For All webinars.

I would like to thank the International Science Council for the strong support provided for me in my work for GeoForAll and building Open Geospatial Science.

I am grateful to all GeoForAll colleagues from around the world for their work and contributions for Open Geospatial Science and working for making education opportunities for all. Thank you for your selfless work and efforts.

Best wishes
