I too would like to participate. I am the immediate past,president of the European Group on ethics in science and new technologies which advises the president of the European Commission, Council and a parliament on ethical issues in science.

I am emeritus professor for Intellectual property law at the University of Cape Town, visiting Prof in the school of law at UKZN in the area of gene editing and was an adviser to the South African department of science and technology on the EU funded open science project

I experienced recently the data privacy question -as I have developed an analytical Geocartographic practice to early discover and map, all over Israel

At the level of every building, in every city, high probability spots of being attacked by COVID-19, thus enabling early critical treatment.

Ø  I have discovered the GIS (1968), and have created the field and term Geocartography – free-space variable resolution analysis.

Ø  In past years I represented Israel Academy of Science in CODATA, for many years.
