[CODATA-international] Does anyone claim the GitHub CODATA identity

[Cox, Simon (L&W, Clayton)]

Hi Folks -

While hunting around for a suitable place to manage some project work for CODATA, I found this rather lonely and empty identity/organization on GitHub - https://github.com/Codata It appears to have been created 2013-02-04 and nothing else has happened since. It would be nice to claim this space, but I'm not sure how to do that without the owner. Otherwise I guess it is just a zombie which unfortunately sterilizes the name for everyone else.

If anyone has any knowledge, please let me know.
