[CODATA-international] IST-Africa Week 2021 - Call for Papers: Extended Deadline 18 December 2020

Scientific Programme for IST-Africa 2021 is based on a double blind peer
review of full Papers submitted to an open Call for Papers
<http://www.ist-africa.org/Conference2021/default.asp?page=c4p> which
closes on 18 December 2020 (Extended deadline).

Full papers (8 pages in length) following the Paper Guidelines
<http://www.ist-africa.org/conference2021/default.asp?page=paperguidelines>
provided
and uses the IST-Africa Template
<http://www.ist-africa.org/conference2021/files/IST-AfricaTemplate.dot> should
be submitted online
<http://www.ist-africa.org/conference2021/default.asp?page=submission> for
review. Authors should undertake a plagiarism check prior to submission and
ensure that all content is appropriately referenced including
self-references. IST-Africa will also run a plagiarism check prior to
allocation of papers for review. Only full papers are assigned for review.

Each presenter will present ONE paper in the Programme. Please only submit
papers for review where there are authors/co-authors who will complete
registration. Please do not submit multiple papers for which there is only
one author who can register.

Workshop proposals can also be submitted online

consideration. A workshop session normally lasts for 90 mins with 4 – 5
presenters per session.

   - Technology-enabled Healthcare (mHealth /eHealth)
   - Technology-enhanced Learning and eSkills
   - Technology-enabled Agriculture (mAgriculture /eAgriculture) &
   Environmental Sustainability
   - Energy – ICT for Power Delivery, Micro-grids
   - eInfrastructures and NRENs (National Research and Education Networks)
   - Next Generation Computing: Big Data, Cloud Computing, Future Internet,
   Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT)
   - eGovernment and Public Service Delivery
   - Content Technologies: Languages; Digital Preservation
   - Cyber Security, Privacy and Trust
   - Collaborative Open Innovation and Technology-enabled Entrepreneurship
   (including Social Entrepreneurship)
   - Content Technologies: Languages; Digital Preservation
   - Cyber Security, Privacy and Trust
   - Global Development (including ICT4D)
   - Societal Implications of Technology, Ethics
