[cdif-community] CDIF alignment with ESIP Science onSchema.org

There's been some activity from the ESIP community looking at alignment with CDIF.  See discussion at https://github.com/ESIPFed/science-on-schema.org/issues/285.  It would be great to get input from others in the CDIF WG
