Dear all
As mentioned in the notes, P2890-2025 - IEEE Recommended Practice for Provenance of Indigenous Peoples' Data,<https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/11302960> which was finalised on 14 November 2025, has just become available through the IEEE GET program<https://standards.ieee.org/products-programs/ieee-get-program/>, which enables free access to IEEE standards through subsidized sponsorship.
You still have to register to access it.
Take care
Lesley

Dear Colleagues,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to you again to strongly encourage you to cast your vote in the scheduling poll for the CDIF Post-Dagstuhl Reporting Meeting.
While this meeting remains a high priority for Simon, his calendar is booking up so quickly that it will soon be difficult to find a time when he can attend. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could cast your votes at your earliest convenience so we can secure a suitable date before the end of the year.
Please kindly use this link to vote: https://strawpoll.com/2ayLQ9PMVn4
Thank you very much for your immediate attention to this matter!
Best regards,
Radek

5. 11. 2025 v 19:06, Radomir Buzek <radomir at codata.org>:
Dear Colleagues,
I hope this email finds you well.
I am writing to send a kind reminder regarding the scheduling poll for the CDIF Post-Dagstuhl Reporting Meeting.
If you haven’t yet had a chance, could you kindly take a moment to vote for your availability using the link below?
https://strawpoll.com/2ayLQ9PMVn4
There are several options available in the poll, but as Simon’s calendar is filling up very quickly, I’m concerned some slots may soon become unavailable. Therefore, I would be grateful if you could cast your votes as soon as possible so we can secure a date for the group.
Thank you very much for your prompt cooperation and flexibility.
Best regards,
Radek
